Ok, I've had Rhino now for about a week. If you've seen any of my recent posts you'll know that I've become obsessed with the Bell Dreams patch in the DX7 bank. But this is so complex, I can't even begin to make any edits to the patch without destroying it.

What I'm trying to accomplish is to leave the character of the patch alone, not change a thing about it, other than to have the sustain decay rather than remain contant as long as the key is pressed.

So many windows to edit, so many ways to screw it up (and I've done some remarkable damage to it).

Can I get some hints on which window controls this?

Sure. Go to OSC1 tab select the "Osc Level" envelope in the upper left menu. Then move the last sustain point (it's about time 50.50) down to zero.
Then do the same with OSC4. That should do it.
If you want to reduce the amount of time it takes for the sound to decay, move these points to the left as desired.

By the way, it seeems there's a nasty bug here: if you switch to OSC2 tab, the envelope display goes way out of range. Daniel, I don't know how you did that, it's amazing :-) Or is it me only ?

I noticed the out-of-range, too (but was too new to know it was odd).

Thanks for the tip, I'll let you know if I figure it out :)
