Have you ever played jazz? I'm going to be frank here. Jazz is a life. You humble yourself before all the people whose shoulders you hope to stand on after decades of dedication.
There are not tips and tricks or a youtube tutorial that are going to do one thing for you here.

Didn't the OP just asked for some music to listen to?

He also asked for some tutorial recommendations. In which case the only sane answer would be: learn to play an instrument. Get a teacher. Play Jazz. Play some more Jazz. Study the greats. Develop your style. Practice. Practice some more. Then, when you have the chops, write and arrange some original music. Anything else won't cut it. We're talking about one of the richest heritages of modern music, complex and multi-faceted, and if you think that watching/reading some tutorials will enable you to write and arrange music in that vein, you're seriously fooling yourself.

Why not read the thread and find out? Then you can make a pertinent reply!mladi wrote:Didn't the OP just asked for some music to listen to?
he wrote:Are there any good tutorial recomendations for mordern Jazz ( I want to learn write melody and arrange different instruments for a big band jazz )
And I'm pretty sure he's not a jazz musician.I, pertinently, wrote:Have you ever played jazz? I'm going to be frank here. Jazz is a life. You humble yourself before all the people whose shoulders you hope to stand on after decades of dedication.

I am not a jazz musician but would like to learn more about it .
I was just looking for tutorials online for me to begin with and study about Jazz arrangements . This is out of my own self interest .
And no , I certainly did not say I was looking for shortcuts .

I have learnt piano and completed 6 grades in western classical music from Trinity .nordickvr wrote:May be giving some clues about what you already know would help.
I know to read and write music . I have few certifications on music theory as well .
I am mostly into music production and programming these days (mostly film and pop ) . I also know some amount of audio engineering . Mostly a computer musician .
I am looking to make a jazz kinda track and need some help on how to get started for that . I would like to learn about arrangement as well .
I know its an ocean . But I would like to know about how to arrange for a jazz piece and program the same .
Thanks

I'm not good at teaching, lot of people over here can give great advice on this topic.
Here's really just my two cents.
This sounds pretty specific to me, i.e. "I am looking to make a jazz kinda track".
Break the ice by first finding a music piece that sounds like/in the style of/in the mood of what you'r looking for.
Then transcribes it the best you can.
That would at least have the benefit of narrowing the questions you would then ask here or somewhere else.
Yah, definitely an ocean!

^^^ This gets you hands-on, which is best. Also, there are some good youtube tutorials by aimee nolte, rick beato, kent hewitt, & dave frank; and a 'jazz writing course' textbook with website & audio downloads by dariusz terefenko (my preference).

As I said, became the musician that makes jazz music and then we'll talk. The context was already pretty apparent to me, you're a computer musician looking for tips and tricks like this is just another thing you canvass for tips and tricks for. Since you know how to read music I want to suggest you to go looking for some books called "The real book". This is a good way to start. These books contain all traditional Jazz tunes and you can see chord progressions, tempo, melodies, etc in these books. But being a jazz player mean you should practise on your improvisation skills and the only way to do that is by practise for hours and hours.
