Well that's really a matter of taste in this instance I think...being legible and clear is more of an overriding factor when it comes to aesthetics...

The shadow doesn't really interfere with the readability.

I got answer to Propellerhead/Reason Studio support on this (in case anyone is interested).

The new effects are included in the rack vst version of Reason Intro, but not the DAW itself. Im unsure if they would be included in the regular/suite versions, but I just asked support again on this as well.

Oops, mistake! That's not correct.

The five new effect devices are included in Reason and Reason Suite, not Reason Intro. You get Reason Rack Plugin with all these versions but the devices in Reason Rack Plugin are the same as the corresponding version you bought. There will be a detailed version breakdown available when we launch.

Thanks for the clarification. In the new videos it could be a little misleading because in both of them, there are is no mention of the new effects not being available in the Intro version.

Is Reason Lite being discontinued? Will Reason Compact offer a Reason 11 Lite next month?
