Any idea how long it's going to be on sale? I now own OmniSynth (the Expansion Tank version, dunno if there's a difference), so I assume I'm eligable for the upgrade version. The two products combined would actually cost me less than purchasing the full version of ST2 XL, so it'd be nice to take advantage of this deal.
They say it's going to be a sale for a "limited time." Uh, any idea what that means?

MY guess is the upgrade will be available for a long long time.

Keep in mind there are two different upgrades to ST2XL. Upgrade 1 is for current owners of 1XL, L, or DJ. I see that this upgrade is currently on sale at esoundz. Upgrade 2 is for owners of LE or SE and is not on any kind of special sale at esoundz so far as I can tell.
So if you upgrading from Omnisoundz, you will need Upgrade 2 since Omnisoundz comes with LE.

You actually get even more discounts the more you buy too. So, someone who has purchased on esoundz before can get even better discounts automatically.ATS wrote:Arglebargle wrote:I'm the world's biggest idiot. Duh, it's not on sale.

Squids do you know how much you have to buy to get a better discount? I bought Sonic Synth 1 group buy and sampletank 2 upgrade and didn't get any extra discount yet. I just tried Sonic Synth 2 and was blown away so I might be buying that too.Squids wrote:You actually get even more discounts the more you buy too. It seems cool that you can get $10 off the software if you choose not to have ST LE included. I haven't seen other vendors offering that option.
I'm kinda looking at the Studio Drums Capsule... might fulfill my drumkit needs. The Plugsound Drums module is another option, perhaps...

yeah I like that too because before when I bought the older expansions I ended up with 3 versions of sampletank le, I could of saved some money there. I am interested in the eclectic drums myselfArglebargle wrote:It seems cool that you can get $10 off the software if you choose not to have ST LE included. Well, yeah... you could get the Plugsound Drums... but then you wouldn't have the option of running it in the ST2LE engine, with analogue-modelled mastering effects built in...Arglebargle wrote:I'm kinda looking at the Studio Drums Capsule... might fulfill my drumkit needs.
