The house that King was living in and where he got the inspiration for Pet Sematary. (house can be seen inside the cover of the book as I recall) It turned out it was actually in the price range Denise and I were at when we bought this. She liked King, she liked horror and gore, Pet Sematary was here favorite Stephen King.
FTR at this point I'm glad I didnt buy that house...too much house for just me.

the top in back where those three windows are on the second floor was called a bonus room...seriously awesome for a studio (above the lattice)
edit: imagine having nightmares where stephen king had nightmares and those strange sounds late at night...now imagine living there on acid, looking out the amittyville horror windows on a stormy night night with no power

it's like the house my dad grew up that was built in the early 1800s...a lot of fireplaces.
