Artist/Song Identification 4: "Movement Six"

I've had this song, as a MIDI file, in my collection for decades, now, I think. I THINK it originally came from the music community on the original MSN (the one integrated into Windows 98's file Explorer, not the web/HTML version).

It reminds me of Philip Glass, but no searches have produced a real connection.

The audio was created by playing this song on my Creative Wave Blaster (a General MIDI device that comes from the Proteus family after Creative bought E-Mu Systems), so the instrument selection might not be what the original creator of the MIDI file intended.
