probkem in exxport audio with cubase

I'm trying to expirt my peoject, but cubase exports my sreteo project as a mono track, and I hear the all sound on the main chanell, without panning to right and left.
i think that the all setting is correct, and it never happend before.

Anyway, how did you determine the export is mono? If listening on headphones: try to unplug and insert the plug again.

anyway. I tried a lot of time to export and listen, and I tried another earphones, and nothing changed...
but whem I imported the track back to the project, it was okay, so it very stranger:
cubase pannings it, but only cubase can read the panning
I realy tried to write all right, and I hope that I did it...

That indicates the track was exported fine: in stereo.
HOW do you listen? Using what software & hardware?
What is different from listening to it in Cubase?
Try to list everything in the whole chain.

I use VLC Media player or windoes media player
my headphones - AKG k240 or jbl c100,
and there are no differents, only mono instead of stereo.
But i think that it's not important, because I used the same earphones in cubase and in another softwares
I also used mp3 player and it still was the same...
I think that i will copy the project to my second computer, there cubase of version 5, maybe it will be okay...

This is not only a much better auditioning software, it also displays the audio file. If the file is indeed stereo, you will see two waveforms displayed (one for each channel). If not, then the file is mono, and you are listening to it in stereo through some plug-in.

כנראה הביעה איפה שהיא במחשב עצמו, צריך לבדוק איפה בדיוק, אבל לא קשור ל CUBASE
אין לי כח להתאמץ בשביל האנגלית, אני מקווה שגוגל יתרגם אותי כמו שצריך....

Sure. Upload it, and I will take a look. It may be that you don't have a real stereo file, but rather a mono file with two channels

I almost ashamed to say, but I used an exiting mp3 device, outside of my computer, and it was okay!!!!!!
I assume that my computer is the problem. I don't knoe if the hardware or the software, but I think that when i use exiting sound card it also was wrong, so it looks like the problem is in the setting of the sound in my computer.
(it never hapened before!)
anyway, what's the best way to upload files to this website?
I'm just a new user...

You may create an account in a cloud service, and post a link. Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive, all are OK for this.

You may also create a screenshot of the dialog box of Cubase with the Export settings you used, to check whether everything was defined right.

OK, I took a look at the file, and it is "almost" a mono file sound, despite having two channels (they both play more or less the same thing). It may be that you have insuficient stereo diffusion, therefore the stereo file doesn't sound stereo. There is a very slight separation between the two channels, but it isn't enough to give a stereo feel.

The dialog box you published creates a WAV file, yet you sent an MP3 file. What did you use to convert from WAV to MP3? Maybe that's where the change happened. Do you still have the WAV file?
