Presonus Upgrade how to?

I can't seem to upgrade my Studio 5 Pro. When trying the upgrade serial I'm asked which one to provide a serial to upgrade from but no way to input it. I have several full licenses which are not upgrades so I obviously want to upgrade from Studio 2 full 2. I cannot find anywhere on the Presonus site just to email their support.

You need to redeem your key. See here: https://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/a ... -Artist-v2

I.e., go to your account, click on "My Products", click on Studio One 2 Pro "More details", click on Upgrade, and it should prompt you to enter the key.

It's a very small button almost at the top of the page. Easily to be missed.

Many thanks but it looks like I may have to upgrade from the latest. No green button offered on 2 Pro and it is a seperate license from my Pro 4. I've put a support ticket in we will see what support says.

As far as I know, Presonus doesn't distinguish between the upgrades from different versions, i.e. you should be able to upgrade from S1 2 Pro just like you would upgrade from the latest version. Check the Presonus store, there are no different upgrades.

I had a little trouble myself. I was trying to enter the new and the old one in the pop up window upon launch but it didn't work. What did work is to go into my account and press that upgrade button where I could then go from there.
