Yes, but no reaction.

Sometimes when I turn it on, some of the lights are lit or 888888 characters appears on screen but most of the time the load screen appears

I think there is a firmware problem. What do you think?

The usb port was not working and I replaced it with a new one and the problem was solved. Thanks everyone
