Which DAW is fastest to load?

Sometimes I'm hearing something and my best way to record it is... to record it, and 5 seconds is a long interval to sit there looking stupid. 15 seconds will be a small eternity. A minute and I'm going to want to use something else.
Cubase does not appear to scan plugins unless new to it.

Just tested this on an average modern windows computer and MuLab only takes 1 second to launch.

Reaper is fast not only at startup, but it can handle more live plugins than any other daw i've tried. There's basically no comparison to Live, where i have to freeze almost everything to have a fluid session.

Just timed FL Studio - from click to open just under 3 seconds.
X32 Desk, i9 PC, S49MK2, Studio One, BWS, Live 12. PUSH 3 SA, Osmose, Summit, Pro 3, Prophet8, Syntakt, Digitone, Drumlogue, OP1-F, Eurorack, TD27 Drums, Nord Drum3P, Guitars, Basses, Amps and of course lots of pedals!
