Fabfilter plugins - no presets

Hi
I am beta testing Ableton 11.1 on an M1 MacBook Air and when I installed Timeless 3 and volcano 3 They have no presets. I deleted the plugins, re-downloaded and re-installed , but still same bug.
On my Intel Mac running regular Ableton 11 the Fabfilter plugins don't do that. I think it an FF issue , and wrote them an email asking for help. Also flagged it up at Ableton.
Can anyone here offer a suggestion as to what may be going on ? Anyone had a similar thing -- see photos

ThanksRickskii wrote: Fri Dec 10, 2021 7:12 am Do a search on their Fabfilter user forum. It is a known issue. You can download the presets file from there.

If you go to ~/Library/Audio/Presets/ and do not see a "Fabfilter" folder there, just create one. Once you create the ~/Library/Audio/Presets/FabFilter/ folder, the presets will just magically appear (the plugins create them). If not, you can try to "Restore Factory Presets" from the plugin menu.
There was no need to download the factory presets, the issue was the folder not being created and the plugins have the factory presets built in and will add them automatically. I'm not sure if the Restore Factory Presets option in the plugin preset dropdown was even required. I ran it for one plugin, but all my Fabfilter presets appeared after that without having to do that for each one, so I think it's automatic.

That didn't work for me at all. I have the same computer as you too. I bought Saturn 2 a couple of weeks back and already had the folder and nada. Had to download the Saturn 2 presets for it to work.Funkybot's Evil Twin wrote: Fri Dec 10, 2021 2:09 pmI had the same problem last week on my 2021 M1 MBP (Monterey).Fraggle wrote: Fri Dec 10, 2021 6:54 am Hi
