Oh soooo tired of the whole Reaper thing.
Yes Reaper is a great DAW that serves many people very well, but can we please have a moratorium on the incessant fanaticism.

I would stay with what is working for you, workflow wise.Furutsuki wrote: Wed Dec 21, 2022 3:54 pm Let's talk with who are fans of REAPER......
In my opinion, REAPER is the most user-friendly when using a mouse to program midi.
And I like the intuitive method for adding and switching effects, and the ability to copy them to another track with drag and drop while preserving the settings.
However, if there is a DAW that is even easier to use and has better sound quality, I might consider switching to it......
All DAWS have great sound quality so you won't gain anything there.
Used the saved money for Reaper on VSTs, synths, etc.

It's like when browsing a Windows forum, there'll always be the percentage of peeps telling you what Linux does better, trying to influence others. It's definitely a religious thing. For some, it's not enough to just use what they're using, they need everone else to do it as well. Mostly happens with the ideologically breathed on stuff.careyletendre wrote: Wed Dec 21, 2022 9:29 pm Oh soooo tired of the whole Reaper thing.

That said, the OP obviously looks for reasons not to use Reaper.

OK, I just downloaded and installed the demo, is the real GUI in another download?
or does the Demo only come without a placeholder GUI so to speak?
No wonder it's only $60, it comes without a real GUI, that must be extra?, or included in the higher priced version?
Say 'NO' to Clap
