Not really, no. It's been less than a year since Korg Collection 4 was announced, it's still fresh. There will be no new announcements or Collection 5 for quite some time ahead. Maybe next year, maybe the year after.

Not really a replacement - doesn't have oscillator sync that DSS-1 had, for example. And the filter options sound very different than the great NJM2069 in DSS-1.
