I was told they planned to release Sigmund v2 in March, if that's of any help.Kappa_Beta_Hi-Phi wrote: Fri Feb 23, 2024 3:23 am There is a sale on now, so if I buy it now do I get the upgrade when it releases? Probably the same or close to the upgrade price. They said Q1 24. Confusing.

Sale lasts until march 7. Buying now then being hit with an upgrade feelsbadman. But whatever I guess others have done it before. This was also given away a bunch of times so double feelsbad.JerGoertz wrote: Fri Feb 23, 2024 4:43 amI was told they planned to release Sigmund v2 in March, if that's of any help.Kappa_Beta_Hi-Phi wrote: Fri Feb 23, 2024 3:23 am There is a sale on now, so if I buy it now do I get the upgrade when it releases? It's especially frustrating because I wanted to demo it against Recirculate before the Recirculate sale ends on February 29th. Guess I'll probably end up buying Recirculate and not buying Sigmund 2 anytime soon as a consequence.JerGoertz wrote: Fri Feb 23, 2024 4:43 amI was told they planned to release Sigmund v2 in March, if that's of any help.Kappa_Beta_Hi-Phi wrote: Fri Feb 23, 2024 3:23 am There is a sale on now, so if I buy it now do I get the upgrade when it releases? It sounds like they had a one-month grace period for upgrades recently on another product:Kappa_Beta_Hi-Phi wrote: Fri Feb 23, 2024 7:35 amSale lasts until march 7. Wouldn't be surprised if they did so here, it couldn't hurt to ask support if you're curious.

I emailed and asked. You will get a free update to Sigmund 2. Doesn't matter if you get the key from a reseller. Release will be approx 2 weeks from now. This doesn't apply to puchbox.

Download press kit from here https://d16.pl/press which contains Product Overview with included full Feature List - there are highlighted all smaller and bigger changes.

Because D16 didn't make it easy to discover what's new, here is what's new from the press pack PDF:
Channel crossfade on each delay line
Four filter types
Overdrive unit preliminary dynamics control
Four multipurpose modulators
Modulation amounts from all four modulators adjustable per delay line
LFO smooth option
Tag-based preset browser
Screen-fit features
Several GUI sizes
HiDPI / retina screen scaling support
