How do you make your clicks for your kicks?

I’ve done this with a small amount of filtered (quick envelope) white or pink noise and I’ve also just layered in a stick/percussion sound. It also works great for adding snap/attack when you want hard percussive basses.

It's a multiband dispersion plugin which can give a pitch bend effect on kicks, resulting in a heavier click or a more boomy low end (depending on the frequency region set).
