trying a new Video format for the user guide and this happened..

Yea, so, decided to make a change with the video manual. I have many hours of video about RC as it is, a lot has changed, but, there are things that haven't, so I worked up a way to re-use a lot of the dialog from those.

The idea is to now use AI for narration, but, I put the bar really high for any candidate to be considered as the voice. I think I may have found that candidate. hehe

Anyways, the problem I faced was monumental. I have a ton of audio files of dialog. I needed a way to convert that audio to text, optionally tweak the text, and then feed that into a AI speech model.

So, even with all the software and services to choose from, I decided to write an application that could do that.

I used a very new AI coding agent that has been made available in the past week to the public and it does live up to all the hype.

I was able to, in the course of about 4 or so hours, develop an application WITHOUT writing a single line of code. It's written in Python.. I can work with it, but, Python isn't my language of choice, so, from my perspective, I am closer to just knowing enough to make it work, if I have too.

yea me too.. I haven't tested any of it with c++ yet, but, I think it's promising. Being able to run shell commands from any ide is a serious deal.. so, it should handle CMAKE builds at least..

Yea, more and more people are just now finding this too.. (developers) so, I'm watching this..
