You know, even though a whole load of other modules I own that arent in that version of T-racks 6 are- showing properly as owned in T-Racks 6. Even though Ive already made it clear that the modules flagged as not owned in TR-6 are flagged as owned in Custom Shop and TR-5. Because I own them.

It has now been 2 weeks since IK's only suggestion to resolve this (which, despite being told to 'hang on for a fix' 6 weeks earlier was nothing more than 'try uninstalling then reinstalling it') and they have not followed up or responded in that time.
So that's 8 weeks of absolutely f**k-all support from them. They've literally spent more effort telling me I dont own plugins I told them I own than they have trying to help.

audioplugin.deals offers IK Tape Echo for free right now. Just for fun I did the registration in IK Product Manager. After this I installed TRacks6Intro not expecting anything but I was pretty surprised what it did to my Tracks5Max plugins. You might wanna try this too.

Yeah, TR6 has randomly unlocked a smattering of my TR5 modules that I've paid for, but not all of them. The Custom Shop says I own almost everything, but then they don't work in TR6. The whole thing is so ridiculous. IK is the most anti-customer company in the industry.

What surprised me after I did the procedure stated above was, that all of my 5Max plugins are now available as Version 6.2.1. Version 5 also still works. I don't know if this will change again in the future Product Manager Update. You are right the way IK handles this is just ridiculous. I was ready to leave the bundle behind and move on but if they stay in Version 6 I might use them again in the future.

I have and love and hate with IK tools, Modo Bass and (the CPU murdering Modo drums is ok) are great, but then IK pull waves switch-a-roo on TR series of plugins when all the competition has better bang for buck and quality for the same thing.

I finally installed the v6 update as I was sick of seeing all the T-RackS modules in MyKVR. Installed T-RackS 6 intro in the IK product manager. Now if I open the T-RackS 6 (plugin host) and open the ‘plugin manager’ I can see all of my T-RackS 5 MAX plugins are authorised. All except Master Match, which says I own the ‘lite’ version.
I guess the module updates are still free then? Only issue here is the v6 VST3s are really unstable on my system, and will either kill the DAW unexpectedly, or make it lag & stutter, despite there being no CPU overload. Glad I didn’t pay for these; I’d be very unhappy. Gonna stick with v5 for now, as they contain stable VST2s.
