I understand the chocolate cake. Please elaborate on the voting thingy.BlitBit wrote: Mon Aug 11, 2025 7:36 pm I'd like to propose an improvement to the voting page.
If I have already rated several songs by moving them to the left side then it can be a bit tedious to place other entries. It usually consists of grabbing the song, doing a little "wiggle dance" until the field is reached and then dropping the song. It would be great if there was a drop down on each song that can be used to directly select the vote, i.e. 1-5, which then places the song in that section.
On a side note, it looks like I will have to bake a chocolate cake in the next days. Those who know will understand.![]()

Ah, why should I have read the red text?z.prime wrote: Mon Aug 11, 2025 7:44 pm @BlitBit -- click the Preview the radio voting style here link in the red text. It's been available for a number of months now, I much prefer![]()
Thanks a ton! That looks much more convenient!

Welp, my SoundCloud account was seemingly deleted. I'm still waiting to hear back, but I recall someone else mentioning the same thing happened to them but they were able to get their account reactivated. I suspect I will not get mine reactivated before the submission deadline. Given this has happened now to multiple people, what do people think about having a non-SoundCloud way of participating? I realize the voting site is set up fairly specifically for SoundCloud, which makes it more challenging, but does anyone have any ideas to easily have some alternative?

Sorry to hear it. I hope your account gets sorted out soon.z.prime wrote: Tue Sep 30, 2025 7:35 pm Welp, my SoundCloud account was seemingly deleted. If you have a track ready to submit and cannot upload it to soundcloud, please send me or Brian a link to download it before the deadline and we will make sure it gets included.

I just made a new account for the time being. It's more the general question and observation that nonzero people have problems with SoundClod, fairly regularly: comments not working, accounts getting deleted now, etc..

Integrate by nakst generously has been made available for free: https://nakst.itch.io/integrate
Might be a nice option for one of the next OSCs. It only seems to be available as CLAP and FL Studio though.

I am not sure. It may be down to some change in Soundcloud's inline player.3lu5iv3 wrote: Sat Mar 07, 2026 9:19 am does anyone know what happened to OSC voting page?

Still getting a progress bar on playback.

Hi!
I hope this is the right place. I'd like to offer my free synth Deimos as a candidate for a future OSC round: https://tom-trnk.itch.io/deimos
It received important fixes and improvements over the past six months and now runs on Windows, macOS, and Linux. It includes factory presets, though I'd like to add some more to showcase more recent feature additions and to make it an even better OSC candidate.
Earliest possible month for me would be June. I can be around during the challenge to provide support and fixes if needed.
I'm happy to discuss details here, via DM, or also on the OSC discord.

+1 on this one, I recall testing it out some months back and it was already pretty fun
