You're always choosing unusual topics. There a million songs that mention the moon but there aren't that many songs about the moon itself. Lyrically you have mixed a bit of science and mystery.
The guitars sound especially good. Nice mix overall.
The vocals are strong. Occasionally the pitch correction on the vocals is slightly heavy handed but the vocals generally sound great.
Very nice work!

Ah, thanks, thanks, Pauli! We put a lot of work into getting aPaulieworld wrote: Thu May 28, 2026 7:23 pm Wow, that is outstanding! Great arrangement and production with lots of variety to hold interest from start to finish. Sounds great in my headphones. Everything is nice and clear, but still crunchy and aggressive. Does your band perform this live? Are you anywhere near Chicago? We haven’t been out to a club in years, but that would be fun.
song right. And we do play them live occasionally, too —
though so far, only within our own region on this continent!
Thanks for the suggestion - perhaps in the future ...

There's an interesting space news item that roughly coincides with your song's appearance on KVR. Scientists find a hidden route that can make Earth/Lunar travel faster, cutting fuel costs, and hopefully boost future moon missions. https://www.space.com/astronomy/moon/sc ... saves-fuel

enroe,
Thank you for the review!! Now your song: Very nice all around! Once I got my computer volume dialed in the way I wanted (I listened to your song three times), I feel your volume levels are appropriate. The intro 'big pitch' guitar 'bend up' reminded me of Night Ranger's "You Can Still Rock in America" (good). Between the cleanish guitars, strings, and the lyrics, the song reminded me a bit of David Bowie's "Space Oddity" (good). The pitch-effected vocals give it a slight robotic sound, which is appropriate for the song. I like the video too! I believe the Moon, Earth, and the universe are far from a mere random occurrence. I would take more Moon photos, but when I take them, the Moon just looks all white. Hard to get the exposure right. I was on the Earth when man first landed on the Moon (amazing); it will be interesting to see how future manned (landing on the) Moon missions go. Will we really have a Moon base? Build a rocket on the Moon to go to Mars? It's so expensive and risky to put anything on the Moon, I'd think it makes more sense to build a "rocket to Mars" on Earth, despite the gravity difference you'd have on the Moon. Google says Enroe is an Irish name, but you're still in Germany? There must be an interesting story behind that.
