What's wrong with putting these on the Preset XChange?susiwong wrote:Two quick presets for your enjoyment, forget about good taste for a moment and have fun.![]()
Blue Vox + virtual pedalboard + virtual rack
All FX pretweaked, some bypassed, some not, so go apeshit with it.
Obviously some combinations will sound even more tasteless than others.![]()
Guitar was a Tokai 335 with Pearly Gates PUs, but it should translate well to different guitars.
One thing worth noting is that these presets are chameleons in a good way, tweak a single parameter and the result might surprise or shock you ...

Nothing, really, except that it's 5 in the morning, I don't have direct internet access from my DAW and frankly couldn't be bothered to check out the process atm.Peter - IK Multimedia wrote:What's wrong with putting these on the Preset XChange?
I'll look into that next week, promised.
Cheers,

edit: Forgot to mention I really dig the new preset system. You did it right 98%, now if you would include a N + B PU option in the tag we could talk about the remaining 2%.
This setting has been around since the 50s in this part of the woods and some folks are not ashamed to even use it ...
edit 2: can be found at the Preset XChange too, now.

I knew you'd enjoy that, hibidy. Now Deb doesn't have 3 from what I recall but has AT2 Live so I figured a cat pic might also tempt her in here. I'd go for innuendo as another way, but I've got to retain some professionalism, ya know?

Just a quick post to mention how much I like the new "Save Project" feature.
I play my guitar and stompio along to backing tracks that I load in the speedtrainer. In Xgear I had to navigate to the wave file and open it. Then I had to find the appropriate preset I used and load it. Well now, all you have to do is set it up once and save it as a project. It then loads everything in one shot next time.
A great feature for me !!! I didn't see this mentioned but for me is a +100.
Barely got past a couple sounds as jamming to backing tracks took over.
So far so good and as I said, I love the new project feature. Working great so far with Stompio too, but I have more testing to do.
Great update.

Gotta say that I'm blown away by AT3
Just one thing, I'm getting the pops and crackles when moving the microphones around in the cabinet view. Is anyone else experiencing this?
