Payments? Dream on - they also didn't pay merchants who completed and fullfilled Due Dilligence already in Junetwister336 wrote: Thu Nov 07, 2024 12:56 pm Just received a message that the Due Diligince requirement was completed and they will let me know when their accounting removes the hold payout. So now they no longer have an excuse to hold my payments.

We did KYC last year. No problem with that.
But they didn't pay us for August so far.
So today I sent another letter to remind them about payment, dispute the charges for support and asked for details about the sum of the invoice.

That's what someone posted in the other thread:
Gekkolives wrote: Thu Nov 07, 2024 11:38 am I have just been contacted by our lawyers who suspect an announcement that DR is going to go into some form of Bankruptcy is imminent, possibly today or tomorrow - after another Law Firm in Germany specialising in “Restructuring and Insolvency" wished to talk to him in regards DR.
We are unfortunately one of the largest debts it would seem in this group and perhaps that has prompted the call - we have a meeting this afternoon and should I get anymore news of any value I will post here whatever I can - unless advised not to for legal reasons.
I suspect the end is 'nigh' - which in a way will be a mercy as at least we are not left clinging to some forlorn and unrealistic hope that somehow this is all going to end alright - when clearly, it is not going to be alright.

Sure, we know they may go insolvent anytime.
But we need to fight with an administrator and I think disputing the invoice may help to avoid them sending a collector.

My understanding is that it's the duty of the administrator to collect as much money as they can BEFORE paying any debts.Christian67587 wrote: Thu Nov 07, 2024 3:33 pm Sure, we know they may go insolvent anytime.

So if you have credit notes from DR for your sales July/August/September and a big invoice from DR because you refunded a load of buyers. Then the Administrator is unlikely to pay the credit notes but will chase you to collect on the invoice.
But I hear that administrators may use OFFSETTING (RECHNUNG VERECHNEN) in cases where such an offsetting agreement existed BEFORE the company went into administration.
DRI's contract says that DRI has the right to offset credits against debts. But that is a right. Not an obligation. I suppose that means they can Offset, or not, whichever they decide is to their advantage.
Of course I am probably incorrect so don't believe me. Do your own research.

@fts234
Please stick to facts and don't re-distribute rumors. Anonymous people that post something in the internet are not a relieable source.
The facts I know for sure are:
I got paid for July. Payment was too late.
So far I did not get paid for August

Today one of our customers told us that they got refund but cannot find credit note and asked if we can send it again. Of course, we cannot do that (I do not think that this is even possible through Control Panel (if our access would work)) so I opened ticket and they send me few minutes later credit note. Looks like that somebody is around...

I've just received notification from one of the users that refund was CANCELED by MyCommerce. Refund was issued about two weeks ago. He received the credit note on the same day. He was able to see funds in his account with waiting status (cc payment) and then the funds were gone. When he asked bank why, they told him that the refund was canceled by MyCommerce. How is this even possible?

This is terrifying. We've already had many people repay us. They will be so angry if their refunds get pulled back. Yikes!kvrsof wrote: Thu Nov 07, 2024 7:59 pm I've just received notification from one of the users that refund was CANCELED by MyCommerce. Refund was issued about two weeks ago. Well, we ask clients to only pay us when they have it back on the bank account.
the CC bank may show you the money when they get announcement, but I bet the bank account for DR is empty and then the money doesn't arrive. Like a bouncing check.

did anybody notice a sharp decline in sales after switching from MyCommerce to FastSpring?
