So hurry.

You can get them at https://stefken.wixsite.com/skins.

The Dark Avengers series consists of:

Dark Avenger - Blue

Dark Avenger - Original

Any chance that these skins will go on sale again soon? I just purchased Avenger, but the original skin leaves so much to be desired.
You can expect sales when Avenger 1.5 comes along, and on the usual suspects like black friday, christmas and such.

Are they going to change the copy protection scheme? Not an easy copy protection anymore? Sigh...

it will stay nearly the same experience for the user, except its more secure. More infos soon

Well, definitely try before you buy. Many people hope to use it on multiple tracks, I can't. 16 Avengers on an empty project take 7.5 GB of RAM (Ableton Live is 600 MB empty slate) - a normal Live project with 50+ tracks and Max plugins and 16 Avengers on top can easily reach 20+ GB in RAM and, as you can imagine, things can go south. So I'll rather use anything but Avenger and for the sounds I need from Avenger just sample them and then remove Avenger from the project. But that's just me. Different people, different experiences.

@sircuit
over 50 tracks didn´t mean EDM or something like this, didn´t it?

Electronic dance music as in house/techno. You'll need that amount eventually (by the end of the production), from layers, separate drum hits and unique fx (unique in the sense is playing once in the entire song). That is, if you want to sound as any other Beatport song.

If you can think it there is way to do it in Avenger that's what its great example if you want to just sidechain the low end add a MB Limiter on the master and route an LFO on the post gain creat your own sidechain curve and move the first band to target just the sub and your done. There are ways to save CPU if you mix everything in Avenger :)

It's pretty heavy for me, wish that were not so. Really pushes the limit of my CPU. I would use more tracks of it if it were more efficient. I would love for them to optimize it a bit better in future updates, because it would be nice to not have to be so careful of it by having to bounce and remove it immediately, etc.

@sircuit
thanks for your answer
I´m not at Beatport, I´m just a hobbyist, so that maybe is the reason for needing not so many tracks

Naah, you save way more CPU if you disable everything onboard which is not sound design related (like ambient reverb, delay, limiter, compressor, eq) and use the appropriate processing and sends in your daw.

I have the feeling that many people are using Avenger in limited "test" scenarios. Put the thing in a busy project and then get back with conclusions :)

Actually that's the whole point of buying avenger because of its effects that sound so good like the multiband distortion and you can route anything to everything but I also use some of my favorite plugins to finish a clean mix

Avenger needs a powerful machine, thats for sure

Yeap... after buying Avenger and loving it. I upgraded to a nice i7 9700k OC to 5.0. That's more than enough Avenger. PCIe NVMe for fast load times, preset browsing... Shame Cubase doesn't seem to take advantage of this and still takes forever to load.

It also depents how you design your presets. The synth offers a lot possibilities. That does NOT mean, that you can use all together without having any CPU trouble...
Intel I9 9900X / Asus Prime X299-A / 32 GB DDR 4 / NVidia Geforce RTX 2080 / Focusrite Scarlett 2i4 / Win 10 Pro 64 Bit / Ableton Live 11 64bit / Reason 11

yes the sound designer has the responsibility to optimize for CPU. Sometime different routings or other solutions for certain tasks lead to significant CPU improvement. Unfortunately a lot of designers dont care and just stack saw after saw. The presets we have on sale are optimized btw
