What's the deal with 4shared guys? Is there any old Benedict pluggies to download from that site? It's compulsory to be registered and logged-in to download/share anything with it and it's free for a basic account btw.

cascade a few stages. see what happens.

if you want say, three or four things to cascade, let me reccomend the following for some breadboard action:

fuzzy goodness: the buzztain..fuzz first...

hen's tooth treble booster, the FAL treblebooster for stage 1

a simple overdriver i whipped up for guitar legend dick wagner for stage two:

i like to stack overdrives, so... the stiff hippy

next up, a little distortion, the
lardacious phat bastard

finally some very tube-esque distortion, the b-17

you may wanna follow it with runoffgroove's ruby...and make a little amp that will put out some god-awful noises...

RunBeerRun, building up your own dirt boxes is both really satisfying and also You realize that all these ridiculously priced 'boutique' overdrives are just slight variations on a bloody simples TS-808

Fuzzes are different but the 'boutique' expensive shit is just all tweaked Tonebender based and regarding Distortions perhaps the hardest to get to sound really good I find when building one's own but still I had a close friends whom has built over the years I wouldn't even like to guess but easily into three figures number wise managed to make what is in my opinion an awful pedal, The Boss DS-1 sound useable which I actually can use no and again, Proco Rats and MXR Distortion+ are the more easier area than the modern high-gain beastly type dirt pedals. I doubt someone like Yourself will regret it at all, Brother Jimi has got proper hooked after downloading the whole internet and it is keeping you out of trouble ain't it bro?

Build 'Em All \m/ If there is one all must do its a Clon Centaur clone, Just knowing that You have a pedal which go for easily a grand and above on ebay for example PMSLMAO which you put together for less than 20/30 quid, maybe less depending on what parts You might already have is a good feeling. It is a great OD also and not a TS-808 clone FWIW, I think You've built one two haven't You J?

Dom mate I have some Zoom bits both rack and even more erm 'special' early, Couldn't give them away floor multi-fx jobs that make the Yammy fx500 seem as good as it gets

but sometimes those Zoom shit boxes are just what the mad doctor does order

If You like it and get alot out of it then it is the exact opposite of heresy IMveryhumbleHO of course. If it works well for Ya then its good kit

ha, well its a bit of a button-pusher, and i can't even be bothered to
edit old presets i made ages ago(although i would, of course)..funny
thing is, it's pretty ok for plugging a mic into for a really dry upfront
vocal thing; that must've been eq+compression, tho'
