Hammond B-3X is $29.99 on the App Store

Two questions if I may:
- does it run on its own or do we need to use the AmpliTube shell?
- does it include the Leslie Collection or is that available as an add-on?

It is an instrument not an effect so it does not require any other app to run
It has Leslie amps/cabs in it, you don't need Leslie Collection to have the official Leslie gear applied to the Hammond B-3 sounds.

Nice! Yes, this is set to run through March 2nd. Enjoy that new iPad. Even my lowly M1 iPad Pro still does an amazing job in general (though mostly as a setlist / sheet music machine).

Sorry for some OT talk but I only realized Apple bought Pixelmator when I was sent the offer to sign up for that Creator Studio. It was always my go-to Photoshop alternative when I didn't have access to a Creative Cloud subscription. Very interesting, I may have to give the trial a spin too.
