i remember that one...they dressed up like each other...

the monkees was a pretty good show all and all...i remember i was in a christmas show in kindergarten and they had all us kids dancing to a monkees' tune for the finale...that shows how old i am, that was the popular music at the time...

(my kids just started preschool at the same place..only seven kids total, things sure have changed in this town)

the gig where hendrix opened, he was booed off the stage! but i gues the monkees themselves were fans, especially the "bassist" peter tork...

That reminded me that "Night School" from "Jazz from Hell" was supposed to be the theme music to a TV show that was canned (due to political pressure, according to FZ).
That's a favourite.

Almost all of the 1988 tour was taped, so no.
But St. Etienne is one of the best.
