Yes. So I could select the voice (i.e. 1, 2 or 3) and enter the pitch I want. Also the option to set a reference point. For simple vocal or guitar harmonies. e.g. hit a note to select the root, select voice 1 and enter a third above.sonicfire wrote:@morelia: you mean something that you have "one-finger-chords"?

Sorry Sonicfire, plumb forgot last night. But I'm currently writing out a note and pinning it to my forehead...right...NOW!
OUCH!

Oh, I just found this thread and listened to the demo mp3 - the first harmonisation is just freaking amazing.
Gonna try that beta thingy out right now!

Sonic, the beta sounded great, although I ended up not being able to put it into that Katrina track, there was no space for harmonies in the mix.
Keep up the great work!

So, you're embedding MDAs TalkBox? Did you clear the legal issues with Paul?

Good.
I've got some issues in Logic, btw. The dry signal is allways coming through, even if the input slider is all the way down. Then, I really don't know what's happening with the voices. I've got some settings when all but one voice were set to 0 level and the voice playing clearly wasn't equaling the note I've been pressing. The funny thing being that, using the default setting, everything seems to be just fine.
I'll get into this a bit more...

About that dry signal thing: have you inserted it onto an monochannel? trivox is designed for stereo-channels, but i dont know how this affects it.Sascha Franck wrote:Good.

Keep in mind that these 3 voices are equal to lowest , middle and highest pressed note!

It's on a stereo channel. And yes, I know what lower or higher voices are doing

In Orion, I can insert it and receive MIDI from a Generator playing triad chords. But soon as I press Play on Orion - it crashes.
Now do these chords have to be constant, or can a note be shifted within? IE; C-E-G, and the G shifts to F within the measure? Or do all notes have to be retriggered simultaneously?

Yes, all notes must be triggered simultaneously. It´s also one thing that´s on my ToDo-List

using it in tracktion with no problems so far. haven't tried it on vocals or my trombone yet, but i'm messing around with it on drums at work (yes, i get away with murder at work) and it's doing what (i assume) it's supposed to.
when you adjust stuff on the interface, does it wait until the next notes are triggered to change the sound? like if i move a formant around, it seems like the change doesn't happen until another chord is triggered. i'm using earbuds at work, so maybe i just can't hear clearly enough.
