I think it depends what works for you. I find the Traktion interface illogical and clumsy (because it tries to squeeze everything into one window) and the Cakewalk interfaces clean and quick and logical, but there are others who find exactly the opposite. Try demos of both I think is the only sensible advice to give...and ask (polite :-)) questions about how to use them here.
