However, allegedly, live has been comming up with the new versions every summer AND a slicer has been driven into the abe's heads probably more than any other request.
Have software companies ever released new products at Summer NAMM..? I always thought it was more of a "live music" thing going on there?
No, we have dead music too. Lots of it. Riley

I heard from someone who used to work for Emagic/Apple until last year that "they're dropping features every day". So, can it be that they are streaming down Logic to something that is more straightforward and graphically appealing, in the american way, but dropping things like environment, and all the deepness Logic always had? I fear the next Logic may be no longer "Logic". Sure, that are great things in Soundtrack Pro 2, but...
Well, we can expect it sooner now since iphone is a flop http://apnews.excite.com/article/200707 ... 99301.html
Ok ok.....it's not a flop I just added that cause I'm a bitter old-man

Correct me if I am wrong, but unless Apple and Ableton gatecrash NAMM; we won't see Logic 8 and Ableton 7, since neither companies have booths at NAMM.

Unless Apple is under an alias, which they've done before.djquikcompton wrote:Correct me if I am wrong, but unless Apple and Ableton gatecrash NAMM; we won't see Logic 8 and Ableton 7, since neither companies have booths at NAMM.
