Of course, that means you'll have to wait for it to ship from the UK -- about 14 days according to their website. So, it's up to you to decide whether you want to save some money and wait an additional 2 weeks or if you want to buy in the US and get it within a couple days at full price.

Honestly, I don't know if I can wait any longer!

i have the original M-Tron without the additional tape banks. Am i one of all existing M-Troen owners?

It was talked about before last week's Sonic TALK Podcast,now it is official.
Hans(a.k.a. Non Eric) of musotalk.de has reviewed upcoming M-Tron Pro and the review should be on their site around Friday 24th of October.

I'm thinking of purchasing the MTron Pro but was wondering if there's a feature to extend the 8 second limit? And also a feature to use a sustain pedal?

Sort of...a few of the tape banks have been remastered and looped and are presented in both original and newer versions so with the looped ones the 8 second limit doesn't apply.

Huh? I've already spoken with a rep on the phone, paid for it, and received a confirmation number. Purchased a f**king Akai "Oh well-someone else got the last one" - tough luck.

Upon purchasing a portable recorder with a deal they notified me about through email.
