Very sorry I couldn't help out with this one, guys. I'm having a lot of problems getting two separate phpBB v3 boards to run on my web server. If I'm able to sort it, testing for this(and everything else) will be a hundred times easier. I'll be letting Bootsie know if/when the problem is solved.

are the SideChain controls doing something to the sound quality? if turned Off (dual release, full L/R and wet, phat and serial OFF, minimum attack and release, drive at 9 o'clock), the sound just gets grainy and like if a soft tremolo was being applied. Is it just me? This happens only with the SC button set to OFF or with the side chain control below +- 350 Hz when set to ON. Besides that, this thing looks very promising to my rusty ears...

P.S. - the effect described can also be heard if you solo the SC.
Secs: Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bits and ableton Live 7.0.2, core duo laptop.

Oooh yeah: this is sounding very nice. I can see this topping the "warm" lists easily. I'm trying out some subtle settings right now, I'll give it more of a run later, but initial findings are VERY NICE.

Holy crap I need to upgrade: this is hitting 40% CPU on my ancient machine...

And yes, there is currently no performance optimization done (as mentioned in the known issues list). Expect significant improvements in the final version.
