That's one of the good examples. TH-1 sounds really great now. The competition can start to worry about updates now.dimitar wrote:http://www.overloud.com/media/common/na ... 51Solo.mp3

Hm, would be good to finally hear some clean tones not drenched in FX. Like a clean funky strat rhythm or some warm semiacoustic jazzy stuff. Or also something along the lines of Robben Ford's and Larry Carlton's creamy lead sounds.
In all seriousness, while the distorted sounds seem to be briliant, 90% of my time I'm using clean or crunchy tones. These are the ones giving me jobs.

They updated the details and listed available modeled amps as well. No list of stompboxes and rack effects yet, just that there are 35 to choose from.

Dimitar's bluesy demo sounded very good though

There's the "Funky One" demo on the website, it's pretty flanged out, but no heavy distortion.Hm, would be good to finally hear some clean tones not drenched in FX.
Overall the demos sound great, looking forward to checking this out.

As said, that's pretty much what I consider to be drenched in FX.chj wrote: There's the "Funky One" demo on the website, it's pretty flanged out, but no heavy distortion.

Good luck. The UI looks great and while I'm an Amplitube guy, there's always room for another guitar amp sim. Can't wait to check out the demo.

Looking very cool, although it seems to be missing one component: a mini VST host a la Revalver, so you can insert any of your favorite VST plugins anywhere in the signal chain.

So is it still coming out today (Oct 15) as per Simone's comments early in the thread? I'm pretty keen to check it out now!
Will it need an iLok to function as per Overloud's other product? If so will the demo need an iLok as well?
