i got the BEAT version but which one would you recommend more and why?

OK, so they ship the mag to the subscribers, before they announce the next issue on their webpage (latest issue is still there no 1, 2013) ?

Dunno how many have been lucky to get the plug this early, to be able to offer comparisions between the version.

Hopefully the Beat version is not so buggy as the CM version

i have hanging notes in Dune Beat and Dune CM, i dunno if thats the same as Synthmaster but i played the beat edition short and it doesnt have it so far.

Are you asking what is the difference between the Dune Beat and Dune CM version?

(I thought you were asking about the difference between the SynthMaster versions, as this is the thread about them).

The Dune Beat version got more features than the Dune CM version as I remember.

Not yet unfortunately, hope they will add this in the future.

It usually takes 3 weeks from ordering the mag, until it reaches me here in Norway.

Yes, we announce an issue on our website once it is on sale

CM187 is on sale tomorrow, so we'll do a blog post about it then

But the quote is referring to the SynthMaster Beat edition

That was supposed to be launched in December, but got delayed, hopefully in the next issue of Beat.

BTW out of curiosity, what is the link between Computer Music and Beat Magazine, you share many of the same plugins, I mean for instance Dune CM and Dune Beat, Geist Lite and now SynthMaster CM and SM Beat

As far as I know they're totally independent magazines. We produced "mutually exclusive" versions of SynthMaster so both magazines liked this plan

What's your host, Maschine/Kore?

I am just ordering a Maschine Mikro tomorrow morning, so that I can debug this hanging notes issue.

Yeah, but it would be a total waste of paper as I dont know a single word in German language, so mainly the cd content is of my interest
