Cheers,

Tom
Well, you can choose your preferred mapping in one of the tabs in K5 for this Library ( choose from a variety - GM, EZDrummer, Superior, BFD etc) and, likewise in Jamstix: when you load a kit, check MIDI ONLY and then choose a kit from the list - if you pick a BFD kit (near the top) you will get the BFD mapping applied and so on for the other options. I used BFD in each case with no apparent problems.
Thanks mate - I'll give it a try.

Cheers,

Tom

Two questions: does it allow single hits or just loops? Does it work with the free Kontact player? Thanks!

It does and yes.

Without timeouts?

Without timeout. You register the serial number using the NI Service Center program.

Registered, got an email with a confirmation link, but this does not seem to work. Login also not possible. :(
Finally!

Registered, downloaded and got my registration quickly and smoothly (Firefox 21.0). Downloaded at the limit of my ADSL, about 2.3MB/s - took about 35 minutes.

If it were easy, anybody could do it!

How much MB has the download? Because I won't get more than 70 KB/S...

Like cyphersuit, tried to activate my Steinberg account but cannot login.
So no serial either :(

It's over 4GB for the download. I think closer to 5GB.

They do offer the option to have a DVD shipped to you. Somebody earlier said it appeared to be free, but I haven't checked.

So I won't have any chance to download it. I was completely despaired after at least 10 (failed) attempts to download the 2.2 GB Cinematic Samples of the Computer Magazine...after I had less than 600 MB, the connection stopped suddenly... :x

I'll look how much the DVD shipping will cost...

A download manager like Free Download Manager may seriously help you, with multiple concurrent connections and resuming ability. Their server may limit the number of connections or not having resuming ability, but it's worth a try.

I've tried it with Orbit Downloader but it didn't help...

Where I live the internet connection depends on the weather, on the wind direction and strength, and how many people are already connected...so it may last for several hours, and then, all of a sudden, it stops completely... :x
