Nah, I'm pretty sure some guys will make their own presets available to everyone. :tu:
That would be pretty cool :D
animehaus wrote: BTW, I've uploaded some quick drum sounds I created yesterday and posted on the OSC thread: if anyone would like to check it out, the link is: http://www.mediafire.com/download/tet5j ... .zip
I have downloaded them. Sounds good. Good idea to turn ADSR completely down at the second Oscillator. My Drum patches sound a bit softer because I turned Decay and Release at least a just a very little on, but Resonation is on zero at my patches and I used a Bandpass filter instead of a Lowpass. I think yours have more punch (that`s better), but I leave mine the way they are, because it is always good to have different variants.

See ya then, programming machine! :hihi:
Go on making patches and I will call ya brother machine

We still need a guitar. Any idea? I don`t get this right. Are you able to make a nice guitar? If "yes" please do it, that would save my time and I could add more of my special crazy stuff then :hihi:

@Mojo42: Glad you enjoyed the drums. :D

And you're right, it would be nice to have different variants of drum sounds and so on: the more, the better, hehehe.

As for the guitar sounds, I created two patches that... well... might work as a starting point  - http://www.mediafire.com/download/7reil ... Guitar.zip

Thank you very much for the trial, but this sounds same way like mine

Similar to a guitar, but not exactly like a guitar. Aaaaaaaargh. In earlier days I played Steel Guitar and Bass in Rock and Folkbands and so I`m probably a bit demanding when it comes to the sound of a guitar, because I do know exactly how it sounds. But to be honest: I`ve never heard a real good guitar preset at Synthesizers at all until now. E-Guitars are easier to make with a Synthesizer if you have got distortion, but there is no distortion at the effects of Eclipsis.

But neverthless many thanks for your effort, I will try to work out this guitar sound later (maybe for Soundbank 2 for Eclipsis  ). For the moment I just try to get the promised first Soundbank finished with whatever works well and quickly and sound nice or interesting. By the way: 49 Patches today :D

I will try to make the whole 75 and work another "programming nightshift" tonight. If I don`t post tomorrow then I`m still at work ....and the machine is running....

Any chance for a 64-bit AU?

Man, I should make that a macro or something.. I seem to be typing it often, lately. :borg:

Hahaha! I got the feeling that something like that might happen!

But you're right, man: to create a nice guitar patch is really, really complicated. And as you're a guitar player, then you really know all the nuances and peculiarities of the instrument: tough task, indeed!

Yeah, the machine can't stop: keep on working, keep on working... :borg:

I suppose with FM I would have a chance, but I`m not a specialist for Frequency Modulation. I will try it again later with more time. In the meantime maybe someone else here at the forum who is competent in FM will do it and we will get our perfect guitar patch for Eclipsis soon :D

It is done. Finaly!!! But I only have got 64 Patches and I swear: I can`t bear it to see the GUI of Eclipsis anymore  At least for the next 3 days or so.

Okay, I tried my best. Be gentle, because I`m a beginner and...........female    (sorry to all woman here: This was a joke  )

Curious about something. Been looking for mod wheel modulation. Can't seem to find it.

Can somebody help me out here?

Gaaaahhh!! So embarrassed right now!! :dog:

As someone mentioned recently, it's so rare to have a woman on OSC that we tend to assume it's a "boy's club". I better think twice before using "bro", "mate", "man" and stuff like that. :P

Just checked your bank and there are lots of really experimental stuff there. Some real gems, like "Arp_Scratch", "Pad_Waiting" and "Inst_Flute Basic". So far I'm using pretty much my own patches for my OSC entry, but maybe I'll use some of your sounds: let's see if they'll fit with my ideas, hehehe.

Looking forward to see you on OSC someday. :tu:

I couldn't find it as well, but as I use FL Studio, it's pretty easy to assign mod wheel modulation using "multilink to controllers". Not sure about other DAWs, though.

That's all well and good, and aside from the fact that I don't have that option in Cubase, how would you even route the mod wheel to say filter cutoff 1, something that should be so basic in any synth? There is no option for that in the list and there is no CC option either. So how would you even do it? I don't see any possible way.

That is the most miserable workaround I have ever seen in my life.

No thanks.

Not good no, but what choice is there

Um, I don't know. Maybe include mod wheel modulation in the synth itself?
