Thanks for the soundcloud link! It's a very cool loop.maki wrote:No idea, maybe some kind of add blocker? Working fine here on safari. Clyp is quite convinient imo, quick upload, not much hassle. But if it causes trouble, it's no good lol..
However, this should work: bit eq and bit compression involved.

An idiot on Set Theory:

As I mentioned a few days ago you can flag it to them even if you've not had an email:
And as for future updates (e.g. the now 1.0.1) you can just download the latest demo version from AudioThing and your license key from PluginBoutique will work.mcbpete wrote:Yaay - Just got an email from PluginBoutique. For those that haven't had it yet the process is:
1. Email support@pluginboutique.com with your Outer Verb Order Number (If you don't have it handy go to pluginboutique.com, log in and go to My Account -> My Orders)
2. They'll send you back a discount code for the full amount of Outer Space
3. Buy Outer Space from their site and apply that discount code.

A couple of other suggestions:
- When in sync mode, it would be great for the 3 head division selectors to be drop-down menus
- When switching from sync to 'free' it would be great for a hold option that keep the same delay in buffer, allowing us to manipulate the current delay without stepping through sync'd divisions. Currently, the minute you switch from sync the delay drops away to the current non-sync'd sound. (not sure I've described that very well)

Thank you! Noted, not sure if it'll be added, but we'll definitely consider it.egbert101 wrote:Bought your plugin, all I can say is, excellent!![]()
Yes please with the back panel idea. A suggestion for possible extra feature: low pass and high pass filters.

This is a good idea yes. I'll probably do that in the next update.el-bo (formerly ebow) wrote:A couple of other suggestions:

That could be difficult for several reasons. The main one being that the "free" heads have a very narrow range, while the synced heads have a very broad range (which is also dynamic since it depends on the host tempo, that may change multiple times). I'll try to figure out a better conversion from sync to free, but it will be difficult.el-bo (formerly ebow) wrote:- When switching from sync to 'free' it would be great for a hold option that keep the same delay in buffer, allowing us to manipulate the current delay without stepping through sync'd divisions. Thanks! Guess it's easy when you don't know anything about the logistics to just spew out ideasaudiothing wrote:That could be difficult for several reasons. All I know is that I had some gnarly mess going on with 3 heads in 16t, and wanted to slow the whole thing down, smoothly, to another kind of gnarly mess
One other thing: The random feature, especially with lock function on everything, is inspired, and inspiring

Suggestion for the "back panel" enhancements: Perhaps some of the controls here could be extra to the original design. For example, an LFO that would allow for programmable doppler shifts.

I spent quite a bit of time with this today and really liked it. Awesome [free!] upgrade. Some completely unnecessary things that still might be cool on the back panel:Richard deHove wrote:Suggestion for the "back panel" enhancements: Perhaps some of the controls here could be extra to the original design. For example, an LFO that would allow for programmable doppler shifts.
1. HP/LP filters in the feedback loop
2. Chorus (the RE-301 Chorus Echo had one)
3. Volume trims for each tape head
4. Pan pots for each head
5. Diffusion amount knob (for the delay, not verb)
6. Swing knob
7. Offset control for the delay times on each tape head
In addition, I'd like to see the option to turn flip the meter on the front panel from output gain to input gain as needed. Oh, and I'd like to be able to turn the dial a full 360 degrees. Currently, when you get to the last mode, the only way to get to Mode 1 is to reverse things. In the software, going all the way around should be allowed IMO.
As is, it's a lot of fun. Just some suggestions since Audio Thing seems open to additions.

Well ... I have no specific wishes.
I plugged in my guitar, started playing, and thought: 'wowww'. Then I kept on playing.
Ages a go I wanted one, but could not afford it. So I built my own reverb, with a spring. And left it open at the top.
And that is one sound I miss: the sound of a plectrum scraping along the spring...
