I don't see JS-60, only J-60 here, and it's in there working for me

My mistake, it is J-60. In my case, I own it from a separate purchase, and I only own SampleTank 4, not ST4 Max.

edit: Just as I was writing an email to IK support, I thought about how it said "Install starting" but never actually downloaded anything, and that maybe it had some old file or path it was trying to install from. I tried the "Clear download cache" option in IK Product Manager, and after doing that, it finally started downloading!

I don't believe so, I just misremembered the name of the Syntronik pack based on the Juno 60

Interesting observation ...

I'm using a VPN-Provider for watching TV from a foreign country. It offers two options: a normal VPN and one dedicated for streaming. That's the one I use because it works best for TV streams.

While using this VPN method there's no breakdown of downloads with IK Product Manager.

Before, I had to resume the d/ls several times because they simply stopped.

It been a while since I installed everything…and I’m probably just forgetting something.

It does download where I want, my secondary drive, but then it keeps installing all the sample stuff to my C drive. Then I have to manually move it over to where I want it.

EDIT: Nevermind, I forgot to select the other option - "Allow selection of custom path for sounds installations."

So, after about one week since I sent a tech support request to IK I got nothing so far, not even an automated response.
Yes, I checked the spam folder... I thought a product included in a Humble Bundle is covered by technical support, no?

So far, after installing and checking everything, I have various different issues / questions:

1) Sampletron 2 library is not downloading, this is also happening to other friends that got the same bundle, IK Product manager is stuck on "Install starting"

2) "The code 2" library is not downloading -> 0 bytes size is reported, and the download does not even start

3) Miroslav Philarmonik Full 2 is only available as Sampletank library and not as own plugin - is this expected?
I got Miroslav CE but since the Bundle includes Max v2 and the full MP is in Max v2...

4) Even in SampleTank 4 some MP multis load with "missing sounds" errors, for example the "Full Orchestra Scoring" one.

5) Syntronik 2 is only available as Sampletank library and not as own plugin - is this expected?
Same thoughts as in point 3...

I was almost wondering of getting Total Max, but if this is the kind of support and product quality I'm going to get, let alone the horrible IK Product Manager behavior with frequent connection breakdowns, I'm totally abandoning the idea :\

Can confirm #1 and #2.

Also refrain from becoming a 'real' IKM customer besides the Humble Bundle. If they wanted to drag me into their shop/showroom with this offer, they unfortunately failed. Though I was positive and forgiving the hassle in the beginning.

I contacted support re #2 and after a week got a reply with the details on how to load " the Code 2 " library sounds. They also replied that they are working on a fix for the Sampletron 2 library however I have not received any further reply.

Update: After replying to their email stating that there were still pending issues, support sent another message yesterday.
It seems they adjusted my account configuration with a full SampleTank Max v2 product - that I guess should have been there since the beginning
I'm now seeing Sampletron VST + Sounds, Syntronik VST + Sounds, and Miroslav full VST + Sounds, they weren't there.

I will check in the following days if all reported items are solved, so far so good anyway.

I thought about going with the Humble Bundle offer, but then I thought about how much space Sampletank 4 was going to take up on my hard drives, and decided it wasn't worth it, after watching several video reviews of it. And Syntronik is a definite waste of time for me, I would rather have a normal synth VST that takes up virtually no space, and is an actual synth, not gigabytes of samples of synths.

I was an idiot and upgraded my ST3 license to ST4 Max just to relive the same old frustrations of the past. Didn't have a crash in years with Reaper and Bitwig, now I had a dozen in a few hours in both. Uninstalled, lesson learned, stick to HALion.

Thank you, it's good to know, maybe there's something with my config. It happened regularly when it was loading samples while switching patches.

Yeah, it's a bummer, I really like the rhodes and the acoustic pianos. I contacted support, we'll see.
