Is there a significant difference between 5600 mhz and 6400 mhz?

Interesting. But there are no benchmarks for audio performance unfortunately :(

so looks like 6400 would be way better in performance than 5600 then?

I only see an average difference of +-3% in applications, the 5600 KIT has high latency(CAS 40)
while the 6400 has low latency(CAS 32), which means that if both had the same CAS
the difference would be even smaller.

High frequency memory only has a minor impact on music performance.

You had recommended G.Skill Ripjaws S5 96 GB (2 x 48 GB) DDR5-6400.
If the performance difference is insignificant and price difference is a $100, should i consider going with Crucial Pro RAM 96GB Kit (2x48GB) DDR5 5600MHz?

But I see @pictus's point about CAS. Crucial's CAS is way higher.

I did not recommend a specific product, you must have gotten the quotes confused.

I rate latency as more important, but keep in mind that you must multiply latency by frequency.

This is what PCPartPicker shows as available for 2x48GB, max CAS34 and max 1.4V.

I am planning to purchase the Gskill one itself 6400 to be safe.
UPDATE-
Items purchased till now:
1. Ryzen 9950x
2. Noctua NH-D15
3. MSI MAG AB50GL PCIE5 power supply
4. WD SN850x 4TB
5. Montech AIR 903 MAX case

I did not get the AS Rock NOVA Phantom Gaming X870E motherboard. It's out of stock everywhere. Waiting on it.
Ofcourse, planning to get the Gskill 96GB RAM today.

Anything to change or return in the above build?
