That really sucks, sorry to hear it.

This happened to me before. I got banned for commenting too much, they thought I was a bot.. sigh...

I emailed support and they used a human to investigate and reinstated my account after a couple of days.

It's worth a try, although I think you have no choice other than submitting the case via the chatbot now. The email address used to be support@support.soundcloud.com but I don't know if it's still active.

It's hard to disagree with your sentiment on the quality of their platform now...

I gave virtuous_purchase a 1, since I couldn't listen to the track before virtuous_purchase completely disappeared off the face of the internet and I didn't know what else to do

However, my vote for VCA-089's track still stands, despite not showing on the voting site anymore!
