I don't really have any pianos except Numa player on my linux, but I installed a few freebies from buying interfaces like XLN studio grand and upright on my Mac. Obviously Pianoteq offers a lot more than these.

But I also just create piano-esque keys in Hive 2 for the most part. I have to see what the PIanoteq magic is all about.

I would like to hear a demo of this if you dont mind?

Actually for me it would be just 3:

Omnisphere 3
Kontakt
Serum 2

Honerable mentions: Vital and Reaktor

Right now it's just these 3 (and ocasionally Vital & Reaktor), some SSD5/ujam or Logic stock drums, some selfplayed guitar and bass and vocal in every song I produce and write.

Allthough I'm trying to get my hands on a used copy of Keyscape to expand Omnisphere even further.

It's often the 4th or 5th choice I find hard with these kinds of lists.. But I guess:

Tranzistow
Falcon

Then I'd say Kontakt, but if strictly a synth then probable OB-E from G-Force.

Do we consider Pianoteq, Kontakt even Omnisphere strictly synths? If yes they 're in.
Otherwise, it's Reaktor, Zebra 3, Pigments, Ostirus for me

Yeah but the thing is it's an unimpressive demo of fairly ordinary sounds, not something likely to have everyone flocking to the site to download it. It sounds fine, it's not terrible at all, I suppose I was expecting something a bit more impressive is all.
