PS I love technology. I cut that text, paste it in google, and get a whole bunch of matches, unfortunately all of them 100% in Arabic. So, what does it mean?

The 1st word (on the right) is definitely 'thank you'/it's equivalent. But the rest I can't read too well

I thought this was the case but it caused ableton to crash as i was reading the manual for my SL25. Thought it was something to do with the graphics at first but my firend tells me foxit doesn't free up the ram - when i scrolled through the pages of the manual the available ram was reduced dramatically. Anyway i switched back to adobe 5.5 and no problems. Its only 15meg and its a lot quicker than foxit, and the text is a lot clearer. Try both if your not sure, see which performs better.

Just thought I'd say thanks & bump this. Ever since I tried Operator in Ableton Live, I've been interested in this stuff. Too bad you can't load custom banks in the Rhino demo, and the Vanguard demo goes mute every 15 minutes. A cool thing is, all the synths in the book are microtonal except Vanguard. Btw, I've been putting the synth on one half of the screen, & half the book on the other.
