separate midi channels for each layer.
To me this is a natural progression.
Sorry if this was already mentioned... but I think this would be a HUGE feature.
Cheers for a great soft synth.

Agreed.Seperate outputs for each layer, for true multitimbralseparate midi channels for each layer.

operation would take an already stellar synth to the next level as far as I'm concerned.
To see how far you can you go with layers thing,by the way,
check out these releases I did for Pro-Sounds a short while back.
Yemski Sound-Scapes and Yemski Arps & Grooves.

I even surprised myself, with some of the sounds that I managed to pull out for these sets.

Somewhat vain to repeat my earlier statements on this matter,
but I do feel that these earlier suggestions I put forward last December would make a big difference to the Albino.
1) Having a formant filter of some kind would definitely be plus, with the morph between vowel types controlled via the envelopes and the mod matrix.
2)Beat sync for the Phaser Lfo. The flanger and filter have it, so I can't see why the phaser does'nt.
3) Effects parameters as destinations in the Mod Matrix. I could imagine creating a whole new set of sounds using this feature alone.
4)A dedicated distortion effect, with a variety of different distortion types is also a good idea. Some kind of limited amp modelling would also be a plus.
5) Ring modulation for the oscillators and as a seperate effect, would also take us to some very interesting places.
Although as Brok Landers pointed out if point 3 were implimented point 2 would be redundant.
Although if the lfo controlling the Filter and Flanger was also a destination, think of where you go from there.
Point one would the icing on the cake, and probably unlikely.
Although one can dream.
Points Three,Four and Five are petition worthy though.

The power button on layers NOT to switch view when pressed. There is this EYE button for this propose.

I wish there was a way to copy all the Matrix info (CC assignments ans whatnot) from 1 layer to another... or from 1 patch to another.... just the Matrix assignments.
Also, I with there was a way to assign a CC something other than a multiplier of -1 through 1. It would be nice to have a setting whereby the CC at mid point (say 64) would be the preset value object it's modulating... this way we woule be abe to ride (for example) the Filters above and below the cut-off frequencies.
I hope I made sense... it's hard to explain.
Cheers,
T

Master section with busses. To be able to send effects to master out. Maybe something like when I have it inserted (tehnically turned on) with the wet knob turned down I still can turn the wet or volume knob on the bus in master section. But there has to be a way to elect every effect from every layer to bus. 2 busses would be enough. Ability to copy paste effects from slot to slot.

i love albino and its my synth of choice for pretty much all bassline tasks. it's the only synth that does what i need it to do, it's absolutely brilliant, so congratulations first and foremost.
sorry if this was mentioned before, but some things i'd love to see in a future update:
- an easier way to switch between oscilllator waveforms. either a plus/minus button, or a dial would be very helpful. the drop down menus massively discourage experimentation.
- a 'retrigger' option for the filter modulator in the fx section would be useful
- copy / pasting of layers, and as mentioned earlier, copy/pasting of individual sections. when doubling up basslines (one sub, one mid-high, for example), the only way to do this right now is to save a preset, open a new instance of albino on another channel, load the preset and carry on from there - this renders the 'layers' function a little bit pointless at the moment, and this is an essential part of working on d&b basses.
- formant filter would be great
- this one may be pushing it a bit, but the audio routing thing is so cool that it makes me wanna use albino directly as a sampler. so, instead of using it as an fx unit, it would be amazing to be able to load samples directly into albino and have all those filters/fx at hand.
thanks!

But some people don't have midi with external knobs. Samples is the last thing Albino needs. You should buy Cronox or Sophistry if you want samples (although it needs to be polished in that field).

Ability (button maybe) to clear gator steps. Or better left (or right, doesnt really matter) click and drag to draw or erase quickly.

Might have been said before, might not have been said before. But I'll put my major and desperate feature request.
More flexible modulation matrix (mainly the FX section of albino).
I can't assign anything to an FX parameter. If I say, wanted my Mod wheel to control the feedback amount of a delay.
It would seem that adding this additional functionality to the modulation matrices would open up huge sonic possibilities,
Am I asking too much?

First of all, Albino is my goto synth for any deep, analog sounds. Honestly it's my goto synth PERIOD.
BUT I wanted to know, is there any chance of adding PWM (pulse wave modulation) onm each oscillator?
And perhaps adding a formant filter?
I can create a bass tone VERY close to one I heard on Arturia's Moog Modular V. But the formant filter is the missing ingredient...
And PWM would be really nice.

Pay $1,000 for a sequencer? ummm... no
I'm going to have to disagree with you there...
