Is there any information about the current status of the company?

I've been trying to get NI support to assist with a simple account issue for months, no response after an initial automated email that basically states that they are overwhelmed with support requests.

Last week I received a marketing email that encourages customers to get in touch. Tried that, no response in over a week, not even an automated 'we received your inquiry' mail.

My working assumption is that their support and marketing departments are effectively dissolved - but that's just a guess...

FWIW, I also had a Plugin Alliance support request a short while ago, it was resolved quickly and without hassle - so they still seem to be operational.

One trick I've used in the past is emailing billing, questions about how to pay companies always get answered faster, so on the chance your support ticket gets lost in the shuffle I will email billing.

The last message I read from NI looks like they're trying to find people/companies to buy/takeover the various franchises. Plugin Alliance seems to be omitted from the insolvency dealings (at least I read that somewhere, not from a youtuber). Maybe they are financially sound as the PA Director/CEO (whomever) stated when this went down.

It doesn't really say anything besides what is both obvious and required for them to continue trading.

It worked for me, it made me go and have a look and I found something to buy. If you want to save NI, that's what you need to do - BUY STUFF from them.
