Did you see those synths Dave has? One doesn't own those if one doesn't swim in money. It's pretty obvious GForce is a side job for him.
You got to swim in something.

Hahaha! As if they aren't sure if there is demand on the PC side....
apple fanboyz are easier impressed than windoze fanboyz though, as they finally also got something play with exclusively (for a while?)
The GAS is always greener on the other side!

No MSX support for my Yamaha CX5M?
What were they thinking!
I actually had one of those.

Post

one of the yammies, or MSX?
never had this particular yammie synth, but two MSX over the time (first the MSX, later MSX2)
Not that they were particularly great for music making, but still... :tu:

The CX5M was a computer that used MSX.
Built in FM chip of course as it was aimed at musicians.
You could get a sequencer on a ROM cartridge for example.

I've just seen this new GF instrument and was thinking on buying when I saw "exclusively for mac" .... wtf?
I have a PC, so I can't try this.

@agartha: Ah, ok. I knew there were some sound cards around, and also that Yamaha also produced some MSX. Didn't know about this particular model though. Mine were from Phillips

They missed a trick by not making it Pro Tools only.
They also could have specified a new type of dongle that was USB one end with a beard clip at the other.
