Okay so now that Nemesis is a native M1 Audio Unit does that mean that a Warlock Audio Unit version is on the horizon?

An AudioUnit version of Warlock will be possible as soon as Steinberg has fixed the broken and messy VST3 SDK.
Sadly they ignored all my bug reports affecting AU support that I did during the last 15 months.

Cubase have problems with their own format that they created.
I see the same problem with Softube too where vst 2 is to buggy to use and i have to use the vst 3 versions.

Makrus do you plan making new synth or Icarus 3,which is to my taste and humble 10 years sound design experince,the best synth on the market today,but could be improved some technical aspects.
I am wondering lately why all the synths are stereo,no 5.1 or 7.1 mixing options so on,is there technical limitation or just the market do not request such machines.
I would love to see icarus 3 with at least 4 layers,each with 4 osc and 4 filters...
Will be epic synth for sure onsidering what man can do with one layer now.
Anyway i am just thinking about that and sharing my thoughts

Markus told me that he is not interested in updating Icarus anytime soon, but who knows?

There are currently no plans for Icarus3 and there will also not be multiple layers like in Electra.
It is not true that Icarus does not longer get updates. The current version number is 2.5.3.3 / 2.5.3.2.
We recently have released a giant update for it for free:
