I've tested with thousands of wavetable/waveform files before the release by the way.

These are just what it's installed with - nothing else, just picked at random from the right click menu for the first wavetable preset I come to - so far it crashes whatever I pick

Ever since I installed the beta, I've been having this issue:

Figured it was a one time thing, and appreciated being able to download my key file like that, but then it happened every time. Still happening since I installed 2.9.3, and it's a little annoying to have to redownload my keyfile every time I open a DAW.

I just have to ask for sanity, are you guys that are having the same issues all using Ableton? I am NOT testing custom wavetables yet, I haven't gotten that far. I'm just curious.

It has pissed me off so much that I've stopped using SM until they have sorted it out...

O.K. thanks. Just FYI I'm on windows 10 latest update and I'm going between Reaper and Plogue DAWs and it's not doing that to me.

It may be a server side bug, since it is happening with some accounts and not others.

Did you guys contact us about that issue? It seems odd. Can you guys possibly email me the license key file that's under your documents folder?

I strongly suspect that something in your system configuration is different.

Did you try deleting everything under /documents/synthmaster folder except the license key file ? and the synthmasterfolders.txt file?

From my experience I can tell you with totalconfidence that at least 90% of the issues reported here have been DAW independent.

About the key file bugs, my guess would be you have two different key files on your systems still an dit keeps looking at the old/wrong one.

If they don't delete the Config file, would it still make SM look to the old file? Maybe delete the Config file has already been tried? I dunno.
