Presumably they're getting a lot of new registrations. I already had an account so it was an easy process to redeem.

So I haven't tried recently, but I got the same errors that others are reporting now. This means that this problem goes back several years. I have tried more than once. I believe that I even sent them an email about it, don't quote me on that.

You need to disable your adblocker if you have one.
But still, it's still not working on my side either.

ok so I go to their support page

I purposely install nothing like that on edge so that I can use it in those instances when I need a browser situations like this. I never use it otherwise. So it goes beyond simple problems like disabling privacy extensions.

Yes, I'm being a bit of a loudmouth about this because if they're giving something away then they're trying to get attention so maybe they'll take a break from testing the strength of their seat cushions and get something done.

Is Acustica Audio one of those companies that are hard to do business with? If so I'll probably pass because life is too short.

here, mac mojave with chrome, it works with adblocker
i already had an account
no problems so far: could order, code worked, login worked without problems
download in progress: immensely big with over 5GB

ok, I've got it to work.

I've started looking at the manual for their installation manager

"NOTE: it is mandatory to close all your audio applications and reboot your operating system before run Aquarius.

IMPORTANT: Acustica Audio cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from any error or omission in this manual."

They don't sound very confident. Is this normal practice to have such warnings?

I get the sense that they are. They seem technically competent and that might be part of the problem. They remind me of Cycling 74 (Max) or Symbolic Sound (Kyma) in that academics lead the way. I might be wrong, that's just the sense that I get. Don't get me wrong, I also dislike when marketing leads the way too much. Balance is good!

In any case, because they seem competent, I've wanted to try some of their stuff. They don't seem to be much interested in their web site however.

Sounds like good advice (perhaps somewhat over-prudent).
I remember an upgrade (was it an MMO?) that ate people's win.ini file or somesuch
