Does anyone know how long it should take for Plugin boutique to process the upgrade? When should I worry something is going wrong?

I ordered through Plugin Boutique at around midnight Pacific Time, got processed around when their support opens up (about 10:00 AM GMT). Just takes a bit so I recommend waiting just a bit longer. Make sure you send them your existing Synthmaster 2 license (serial number and name) and your order number.

Don't they email you your registration key and registration instructions instantly? I believe that's how it should be

Nope, got an email saying they would get back to me as soon as they could, after emailing them my Synthmaster registration code with their order number.

If you already have your SynthMaster registration number you can register at:

I bought many plugs from Pluginboutique and it happens now and then that serial numbers are out of stock, and especially for plugins that is on sale at the moment. Some times I got it within a few hours but some times I had to wait a day or two.

I needed to send them my Synthmaster 2 code so they could verify I owned it and could issue the SMO cross grade code. That's what it appears to be.

Yeah, this is the message that appears under Serial Number:

123. Please send your order number and existing Synthmaster serial serial to support@pluginboutique.com.

I figured you would do some check and this is redundant, but I guess they want to make communication between you and them smooth without people buying the upgrade without actually having the SM2 code and then complain or something. Anyhow, I imagine it will be here by the time I wake up tomorrow.

Mmmmmm.. Is there a way to add a genre to that genre list? There's trance but I'd really like to have Goa and Psytrance in there

You can do that manually by editing the config file.

documents/synthmasterone/config/synthmasteroneconfig.txt file
