It's not just a demo, it's a public beta. Presets will be there in plenty by the July 1 release date. You could probably monitor the official forum here at KVR and pick up some patches as users release them. There's a pretty decent lot of U-he synth users that are good at releasing small lots of stuff as they experiment.

Thanks Bro for the feedback... Went home with my tired eyes and have played the demo for 15 mins.
Is the demo only has 1-2 preset ?

I own some well-known synths (Camel audio/Fxpansion/NI K9U/ etc..) so programming this guy is a bit pain. But I think once I figured out the routing possibitlities, then programming the preset is fun. But it is the matter of time. For quick-win in terms of preset programming, I'd like to stay with my current synths and wait for Z3.

When Bazille officially ships, of course it will have presets. This is just the initial public beta.

Bazille is a different structure... It took me quite a while to get used to it because it is different than the usual subtractive synth. I am glad I stuck with it because it is a very good tool for learning synthesis from a different perspective. In addition, it just has a different palette. The modulations possibilities are unusual and lend themselves to a different sort of modulation that can have a lovely organic quality. The tools readily lead to different outcomes. The sound quality is exceptional and Bazille makes sounds that are so dynamic. Some of the basses are like a snarling snorting wild animal or sound like barely controlled electricity pushing through real circuits. Nothing else I have tried has quite that character.

If Diva is 12 then Bazille is 4. Uses roughly a third, IIRC.

I hope you turn Dan Worrall loose on this thing. That guy is a great video tutorial guru (as if that was news). He kicked butt on ACE and MFM2. By far my favorite instructor.

Wait for official "proper" maybe pop demos and uninspired blip demos, lol
Until then monkey reigns, wonder how much interest bazille would have without those videos, apart from a few fanboy devotees, I wouldn't definitely be interested in forum blips as a new user to whom bazille would say nothing, first video probably even pushed a few to "pre-buy" it.
Wonder how many EDM guys official demos will push to buy it, good luck out doing drumtrax, lol
So wait for official while I destroy everything in my path
By the way monkey is back! fit fit fit :hyper: lol

No there's no reason for that, every one is free to express their opinions, no matter how much it would be against common mainstream, as long as it stays civilized everyone is free to express themselves as much as they want.
So you were saying ? fit fit fit :hyper: fit fit fit ? :hyper: fit much?

@rustman: There's no offence worth mentioning in Ape's post. Watch, ignore, whatever... personally, I enjoyed the crackles! ;-)

I'm really looking forward to some well designed patches. I'm sure I still have to learn a lot about Bazille.

BTW, it's fun to see people on YT videos struggling with the name. :hihi:

Surprisingly, after a couple of re-reads, I tend to agree. The world would be boring if we all thought alike. I'll put a filter on it...

I honestly couldn't work out what point he was making, let alone be potentially offended by it.

I think he was offended by me saying that we weren't happy when he posted his first Bazille video.

I have no clue what is actually happening on page 9 of this thread, but it made my day :hihi:
