Still a bit more than I prefer to spend on upgrades, but within reason.
As for buying repeated sounds, I prefer to view it as the 45Gb NEW material and now have some of the old content in a new, and one, interface.
I do have to agree with some others though that the demos are less than stellar for the amount and calibre of web content created.
I think IKM could do a better job with their demos. It may entice more sales

Its not just a simple cosmetic upgrade with few samples added. I wouldnt even count MP2 as an upgrade, its actually a new product, it just shares a name of previous product.
And at this point the price for basicly a new product 139 usd is just a steal. I really dont see for anyone to complain about upgrade prices.
