In a way, yes, although understandable. Let me put it this way: there are *very* few companies that I would support in a move such as this one. But Dmitry has been very good to customers in the past, and his products are outstanding. Migrating to PA lets him focus on development, which is a good thing moving forward.
Hm... will mull this over for a while and then decide.

So Dmitry made a sweet deal and outsourced support and they expect us to pay for it???

How about privacy regulations about sharing customer info?

Do they expect us to support that kind of conducting business? How about we never buy from him anymore?

Dmitry is a really great guy though. He really doesn't deserve any suggestions of bad intentions. If you have an issue, contact him, and take it to him, and i'm sure there'll be a satisfying solution. Really no need for drama.

Is there really anybody left who doesn‘t receive the monthly voucher? It works to cover 100% of the fee, I just used mine for it.

IMO we're far from drama or shaming. People are just stating their opinions on a discussion forum. I guess we can all agree that Dmitry did great work in the past. But some people don't like the fee. It's great that you don't mind. I don't think it's good business practice. And giving away personal data without consent is objectively unacceptable (and depending on your location illegal). Lots of stuff that can be debated in public.
